EDSL offer support contracts for Sage 200, Sage Manufacturing and Solvitt
Support includes telephone support plus remote dial in assistance. The latter allows EDSL to access your systems remotely to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
Customer details such as contacts, products, support contracts, software and versions are recorded in our CRM system.
EDSL offer telephone support Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm excluding bank holidays and the annual Christmas shutdown.
